Our Inspiration: Judith Jones
The name great josne is an homage to Judith Jones — the legendary cookbook editor and author who championed the work of Julia Child, Edna Lewis, and James Beard, among so many others. She treated her cookware like art. It’s also a nod to New York City, the place we’re proud to call home.
